Prospects of Loving

Why do we love so miserably when we can love happily? Maybe because loving you miserably is much more tempting than the prospect of loving happily with someone else. Maybe because we can’t choose the person we love. Or maybe because loving you got me so consumed, it’s the only thing I’ve ever known how to do. I’m too busy loving you miserably, to love somebody else happily.
